| How e2e referral Works? |
Refer Candidates that are seeking new positions
Refer Hiring Managers that are seeking to hire candidates.
If e2e India or our client companies hires your referred candidate you get paid!
If any of e2e India candidate is hired by your referred hiring manager you get paid! |

| Referral Amounts (all figures in % ): |

Every referred Candidate that gets hired by e2e’s client company, you make 30% of the *billing amount |
|
Every e2e Candidate hired by your referred Hiring Manager, you make 30% of the *billing amount. |
|
After five (5) successful referral placements, the bonus amount goes up to 40-50% for each additional referral |

*Billing amount will be shared with you once the referral is placed or hired by hiring manager. |

Search Available Jobs to see which positions we are actively seeking Candidates for or browse our Areas of Expertise to see which positions we focus on for Hiring Managers |

Identify and refer the Candidates or Hiring Managers that you are interested in. |

You cannot refer yourself as either a Candidate or a Hiring Manager |
| |
|
|
The referral must speak about you when we do the reference check. The referral is not acceptable If the referred Candidate or Hiring Manager already exists in e2e India database. The referral credit and right goes to first Participant to refer a candidate or hiring manager. |

|
|
Every referral is valid for 6 months. Means one can earn the referral bonus for 6 months for the referred candidate and hiring manager |
| |
|
|
If for some reason the candidate does not get hired during 6 months or no Hiring Manager has not hired any candidate during the 6 months, then you will not receive referral amount for the referrals made. |
| |
|
|
All referred Candidates and/or Hiring Managers will become the property of e2e India and you will no longer have any right to earn bonuses from the referral after 6 months. |
| |
|
|
All the referral are bound by the term “Guarantee period of 90 days” which means, if a selected referral leaves our client company in 90 days time after his joining, the referral amount will not be paid. |

|
|
The referral money will be paid after 90 days by crossed cheque |
| |
|
|
Please don’t forget to collect the referral no. For all the referred candidates and hiring managers via email from e2e referral deptt. |

|
|
You will only get paid for a period of 6 months per referred Hiring Manager. During this period you will earn the referral amount every time the Hiring Manager hires an e2eindia Candidate |
